Good value on the Portola

I was looking for a folding e-bike and the Portola caught my eye during their holiday sale. I managed to get it for a couple hundred dollars off, which felt like a really good deal. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and it rides well for the price. I'd say it was a solid purchase overall for what I paid.

My Cafe Cruiser is pretty cool

So I finally got myself a Cafe Cruiser, and it's been pretty fun. I just wanted something chill to ride around town, and this one totally fits the bill. It looks cool too, got a few compliments already. Putting it together wasn't too bad, just followed the video. No issues, all good. Would buy from them again.

Core-5 arrived, works well

Ordered the Core-5. Arrived on time. Assembly was simple enough. The bike runs smoothly. No problems so far. Good value.

Good bike, slight hiccup

I purchased a Prodigy model and generally, I'm quite happy with it. The build quality feels solid and it handles well on my commute. Shipping was within the estimated timeframe. My only minor issue was that one of the brake pads seemed slightly misaligned upon arrival, which I had to adjust. Not a huge deal, but something to note. Overall, good value for the price, but a bit more pre-shipment inspection could be beneficial.

Consistent quality, fast delivery

Another great experience with Ride1up. This time I ordered the LMT'D model, and it arrived super fast, actually two days earlier than the tracking said. The assembly was straightforward, just like with my previous 700 Series. It's good to see they maintain the same level of quality and shipping speed. That's why I keep coming back for their bikes.

Smooth delivery, good support for Prodigy V2

I ordered the Prodigy V2 a few weeks ago and wanted to share my experience. The ordering process on their site was easy enough, and I got a confirmation email right away. Shipping took about five business days, which was exactly what they estimated. The bike arrived well-packaged, no dents or scratches, which I always appreciate. Assembly was mostly straightforward, but I had a quick question about adjusting the brakes. I used their online chat support, and someone responded in less than 10 minutes with clear instructions. The bike itself rides really nicely, the motor is strong, and the battery life has been as advertised. No complaints, definitely a solid company.

Roadster V2 is a fun ride

Got the Roadster V2 a few weeks ago and it's been great. Super lightweight and easy to handle in the city. Delivery was pretty quick, no issues there. Putting it together wasn't too bad, just followed the video online. It's a nice change from my old heavy bike, makes my commute way more enjoyable. Definitely glad I picked this one up.

My Cafe Cruiser is amazing

Just got my Cafe Cruiser and I'm absolutely obsessed! It rides like a dream, so smooth and powerful. The vintage look is awesome and I get compliments everywhere. It was easy to put together too. I'm already planning my next purchase, maybe a Rift for my partner! Highly recommend to everyone!

Detailed review of my Turris

I recently bought the Turris model from Ride1up. The ordering process on the website was very clear, and I appreciated the detailed product descriptions. Shipping took about 7 business days, arriving in a well-packaged box with clear instructions. Assembly was mostly straightforward, though attaching the front wheel took a bit of fiddling. The bike itself is robust; the motor is powerful enough for my hilly commute, and the battery life has been impressive. I did have a question about the LCD display settings, and their customer support responded to my email within 24 hours with a helpful explanation. Overall, a solid purchase and a good experience from start to finish.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third purchase from Ride1Up, picking up a set of fenders for my 700 Series. Just like with my previous bike orders, the product quality was solid and the shipping was fast. It's nice knowing what to expect every time. They really nail the balance of good products and reliable service. I'll definitely be back if I need more accessories or another bike down the road.
